Worst customer service experience ever. I shopped at Laura and Melanie Lyn for a photoshoot for my website. Bought extra because I had not decided on a look. Two days later I had to go overseas and when I came back we had two deaths in the family. The photoshoot got delayed and some of the clothes I had purchased but not worn were unsuitable. I called customer service and they said the store assistants had full discretion and could give me store credit which I could use to purchase more clothes at a later point in the store. The staff at Melanie Lyne were horribel. Made me feel horrible about returning clothes late. Gave me huge attitude then told me as if they were doing me a huge favour that i had to shop on the spot and as a final sale if i wanted anything back. I was not well that day but still had to find clothes and buy them. The next day I went to their sister company Laura and with compassion and understanding they gave me store credit for the clothes I had bought. My experience was AWFUL and I will NEVER shop here again. Had they given em store credit I would still have spent that money in the store. Terribel terrible service and a terrible experience.

Great place, staff and good deals

Great customer service, both ladies who work in the store are very attentive and helpful! Beautiful dresses selection for special occasions. Also jewelry and accessories to choose from.

I went looking for a ball gown. I went to a similar store in the upper level and had ino of the most awful customer service experiences. A month later, while shopping at the mall, I found this place. After my previous experience with their upstairs neighbor/competitor, I was hesitant to look for a dress. I'm sooooo glad i went inside. Not only did I find the perfect dress but the service was terrific. So happy my business went to a place that values everyone who walks through their doors. Cavrey could take note from Melanie Lynes' staff. Good quality, well priced and top level customer service. Will definitely return to this store for future purchases.

I will never step foot in that store again. I went in looking for a dress and the first thing the lady that worked there said to me was “we don’t have your size” um EXCUSE me? Very rude, unprofessional, disgusting. Never did I indicate that the dress was for me and even if I was looking for myself that is NOT what you should say to a customer. The lady body shamed me and I will be taking action. Very disgusting and extremely disappointing.

The workers here were amazing. They were so kind and helped me and my friends find the perfect dress for prom. Super helpful and great customer service.
