I had the most amazing experience today at Helen’s. Not only did I go home finding an absolutely stunning dress, but the ladies that assisted us were truly so kind, patient, and helpful. It was my first time ever trying on wedding dresses and didn’t think I’d be finding anything today. They exceeded my expectations all around. 10/10 would recommend!

We got married October 2022 and I found my dream dress as Helen’s! It was the most wonderful experience with Carrie! She made me feel so comfortable and offered her expertise on all things bridal! I had an idea of what I wanted and decided to go a completely different route because she suggested styles that would fit my body shape well! Couldn’t have been happier with my experience and my dream dress!

I had a great time yesterday at my dress appointment. Melissa was my consultant and she made the whole experience so wonderful. I was able to find my dream dress yesterday, and it was all thanks to her! Thank you so much Melissa! I 100% recommend Helen’s bridal to any brides looking for their wedding dress! I walked into Helen’s Bridal expecting to ‘settle’ for a dress as I had a smaller budget.I had Kathryn as my personal associate, and not only did she give me her undivided attention, she really listened to me….. even picked up on things I didn’t even realize I wanted!!!I left Helen’s Bridal with my DREAM DRESS in my Budget!!!Kathryn is absolutely Amazing and I am so happy she was a part of this very important purchase and experience!I feel like a beautiful Bride to be and even more excited about my special day!!!!

Out of all the shops I tried, this place was the most amazing one. Was greeted upon arrival, the attention was great, the ladies were so helpful and being plus size I felt nothing less than beautiful. The place was so clean and bright. And a ton of selection in EVERY size. Last night I said yes to the dress and I am so happy i did it at Helen’s bridal.

I recently purchased a bridesmaid dress at Helen's off the rack for a black tie wedding. The consultant was so kind and helpful and shopping there was a great experience. Unfortunately, after wearing the dress for a few short hours at the wedding, it began to pull in two sections across the front. Thank goodness it was black and no one could see. I contacted Helen's and they promptly worked with the manufacturer to provide a resolution and refund for me. Awesome job standing behind the quality of your products and your customers! Because of all of this, I will not hesitate to shop here again for future events and recommend Helen's.

We got married this past August of 2022. I decided to go into Helen’s Bridal to look for a dress because my sister-in-law went to Helen’s for her dress when she was getting married. Their location is beautiful - big, well lit, and clean. The staff there are very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The owner was there on the day I found my dress, and she was walking around to all the brides that day - chatting with each of us. I found that to be such a great tell of how wonderful the shop is. My bridal consultant was so helpful - she showed us which dresses were within price range, the different styles, and she helped me get the dresses on and off, and would give me tips as we went along. I ended up finding my perfect dress that day! I am so grateful for my wonderful experience at Helen’s, and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know!
